IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR REQUEST THEN YOUR SYSTEM IS BLOCKING EMAILS FROM OUR SYSTEM. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM STONE-CASTLE.NET
Hotmail and AOL can sometimes block emails from STONE-CASTLE.NET.
It is your responsibility to use an email service, such as Gmail, that accepts our emails.

Why you cannot choose your username and password

Solution

Due to an increase in password sharing fraud we are now implemented a policy of only issuing unique random-character user names and passwords. This prevents a user from using the same access details on every site that they join and which provides password harvesters with list of access codes to perform 'dictionary ' attacks on other sites.

Existing customers are not affected and will only have new passwords etc. issued if the rejoin after their membership has lapsed.

just save your password when you join one of our sites and you will not have a problem.

We do not permit you to change your username or password during your membership.
